The Purpose Epidemic
Why a generation living in unprecedented opportunity feels more lost than ever — and the system change required.

The Crisis
Work a job you don't care about. Climb a ladder that leads nowhere. Retire at 65 if you're lucky.
But here's the truth: you're underlevered, underpaid, unfulfilled.
This isn't your fault. The system wasn't designed for fulfillment — it was designed for compliance.
"We call this the Purpose Epidemic."

The Journey
Fulfillment isn't a leap. It's a sequence. Five stages, each one making the next one possible.
Where most people start
Disengaged at work. Anxious about the future. Told to wait until 65 to live. The old map leads nowhere — and deep down, you already know it.
Buy yourself the runway
Purpose without rent money is a fantasy. Step one is finessing the system — landing roles you actually want, paid what you're actually worth. That's the runway every other step is built on.

Guided by Research
Every venture, every framework, every decision is guided by the Fulfilling Future Foundation — our research institution synthesizing wisdom from Eastern and Western philosophy, global cultures, and empirical study.
Time. Money. Location. Purpose. True fulfillment requires all four — and we'll help you build them in order.
We use the Socratic method to help you discover who you actually are — not who society told you to become.
Individual fulfillment isn't selfish. Fulfilled people have the capacity to solve much bigger problems.
Real Makers
The Founder

Dima Pekov grew up between worlds — born in Moscow, raised in Rotterdam, shaped by every culture in between. At 16, he started his first company. At 17, he beat a dissociative disorder through philosophy and sheer force of self-inquiry. By 22, he was at Amazon, watching brilliant people in their 30s quietly admit they had no idea what they wanted from life.
He couldn't look away.
He dropped out of university. Twice. Traveled through Japan, Egypt, Thailand, Dubai, Bali — not running away from something, but running toward a question: What does it actually mean to live well?
The wisdom exists. It always has — in Stoic philosophy, in Eastern spirituality, in cultures the West forgot to listen to. But it wasn't reaching the people who needed it most. Young people drowning in anxiety, disconnected from purpose, handed a script that no longer works. He named it the Purpose Epidemic. And then he built the antidote.
The Fulfilled World is his answer — an ecosystem of ventures, research, and community dedicated to one thing: helping people live fulfilled lives. Not at 60. Now. The Fulfilling Future Foundation is its philosophical compass — synthesizing humanity's deepest wisdom into frameworks anyone can actually use, free from dogma, accessible to all.
This isn't a self-help brand. It's a movement with the disruptive identity of a Silicon Valley startup, the rigor of an academic institution, and the heart of someone who genuinely believes a better world is possible. Because Dima has lived it. And he's spent his whole life figuring out how to give that to you.
"I believe a Fulfilled World is possible, and I will fight for a Fulfilling Future for anyone who dares to dream."
